After receiving your parcel, you have 21 days to check whether the selected model and size are right for you.
What to do if you decide to return or exchange:
- Complete the return/exchange form. We've included it in your shipment along with your proof of purchase. You can also download it HERE .
- Carefully pack the product you are exchanging/returning and enclose the completed form.
- Send the parcel to Vena Uniformy, ul. Legnicka 49C, local 14, 54-203 Wrocław, contact phone number 535 888 215.
- We'll notify you via email when we receive your refund. We'll process your refund within 14 days.
