Can I change my order after placing it?

Changes to the order are only possible before it is prepared for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What is the time to process the order?

The standard order processing time is 1-5 business days.

How can I get an invoice for purchased products?

If the invoice option is selected when placing an order and the necessary data is provided, such as the Tax Identification Number, the invoice will be attached to the order.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Can I order a product to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, you can provide a different delivery address when placing your order.

What are PayPo payments?

We offer delivery by Inpost or GLS courier and parcel lockers. The shipping cost depends on the selected shipping method.

Can I exchange the product for a different size or color?

It is possible to exchange the product for a different size or color. To do this, you must send the product back (at your own expense), including information about the size or color you would like to exchange. If the product you are interested in is available, we will send it to you at our expense. In the event of unavailability, we will contact you to arrange possible alternatives or a refund procedure.
