The most important information about embroidery

1. A registered customer is charged a one-time fee for participating in the embroidery program if he or she purchases a product/s with custom embroidery. Each subsequent order with custom embroidery will no longer include this fee.

2. The fee for the embroidery program is PLN XX and will be added automatically to the cart after designing a product with embroidery.

3. Orders with embroidered products must be paid in advance.

4. The processing time of such an order is 10-14 business days.

5. We do not accept returns of products with embroidery.

Embroidery with text

1. You can use two lines of text in the embroidery design tool.

2. The options you can use are positioning (on some models), letter color and one of two typefaces.

3. The embroidery will be approx. 8 cm long.

Embroidery with graphics

1. You can upload your company logo in the tool. Remember that it should be prepared properly and legible on both light and dark fabrics.

2. The formats the tool accepts are PDF and SVG.
